The following is a rough draft.
No one person is 100% anywhere.
Mr. Kunihiko Takeda has insight worthy of Ms. Arimoto and Mr. Hyakuta's respect for him.
However, he has not hit the nail on the head regarding the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident.
It is no exaggeration to say that he is wrong.
He is wrong because his article needs more background on how G.E. set up the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.
As I watched his editorial, I was surprised that he had yet to read most of Masayuki Takayama's papers and writings.
You won't know why the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant accident happened until you read Masayuki Takayama's paper.
Before I write about that, I want to say something to Mr. Takeda and all Japanese citizens.
No building in Japan is more earthquake-resistant than a nuclear power plant.
It has been proven by every significant earthquake, except for the Fukushima Daiichi accident, which was genuinely caused by the U.S. and G.E.'s flaws in every sense.
During the Great East Japan Earthquake, one of the largest in history, Onagawa was unscathed and became an evacuation center for nearby residents.
It is no exaggeration to say that when a nuclear power plant collapses, the Japanese archipelago collapses.
In other words, it is no exaggeration to say that anyone who thinks that a nuclear power plant will collapse in the event of a major earthquake has the brains of a kindergartener or younger.
We must immediately stop repeating the kindergarten-level anti-nuclear argument, which is a mass of deception, hypocrisy, and anti-Japanese.
Japan is an earthquake-prone country.
At the same time, Japan is one of the largest donors to the United Nations and other countries worldwide, as much as or more than the United States.
According to Kyodo News, since Kishida became prime minister, Japan has disbursed more than 18 trillion yen to countries worldwide.
The late former Taiwanese President Lee Teng-hui pointed out, "Japan should stop giving money to foreign countries and invest it in infrastructure development in Japan..."
He hit the nail on the head.
Every time a significant earthquake strikes, buildings built before the new earthquake-proof standards repeatedly collapse, causing many deaths.
The accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant is an accident that, if it had occurred in the U.S., would have resulted in an immediate claim against G.E. for a large amount of damages.
As Masayuki Takayama pointed out, the U.S. military's "friend operation" at that time was partly to camouflage G.E.'s responsibility and partly out of a sense of atonement for that fact.
How the U.S. reluctantly approved the construction of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant.
When the U.S. allowed Japan to build the plant, it chose G.E. instead of Westinghouse (W.H.), which had a reputation for high safety.
G.E.'s arrogant attitude and sloppiness toward Japan during construction. And their terrible response during and after the accident.
The fact that G.E. did not do any significant remedial work on the Fukushima Daiichi plant during the Koizumi cabinet, as it had done for other plants outside of Japan.
Mr.Takeda's argument completely omits these circumstances.
It was a fatal flaw.
More than placing heavy emphasis on certain celebrities, both Ms. Arimoto and Mr. Hyakuta must hasten to discover the myriad of people in the Japan Conservative Party who are among the best in Japan.
In preparation for the upcoming House of Representatives election, 140 candidates in all 140 primary constituencies and at least 60 candidates in the proportional constituencies must be selected as soon as possible, mainly from among the members of the Japan Conservative Party.
All Japanese citizens must watch!
